Brenham is strategically located halfway between Houston and Austin, approximately 70 miles northwest of Houston and east of Austin. Goodwill Industries, the tenant, has 64 Goodwill Select Stores in the Greater Houston area and $132 Million in revenues. Net Realty represented the seller in the transaction.
