Net Realty Advisors  is pleased to announce that it recently completed the sale of a brand new "Class A" 12,000 square foot Dollar Tree anchored shopping center, fronting highway 249, in Kilgore, Texas.  The property is located directly across from Wal-Mart Supercenter and numerous other national tenants . Dollar Tree signed a 10 year corporate lease.  The other  tenants in the shopping center are AT&T and Wingstop.  Kilgore is located 120 miles east of Dallas and 30 miles east of Tyler.
