The center at the time of closing was 50% occupied, with upside to lease up the remaining vacancy. The all cash transaction closed in 30 days. Gavin Kam and Brad Kam represented the seller, a Dallas based family trust. Rick Callahan with Callahan Properties represented the buyer.
