Net Realty Advisors recently completed the sale of a brand new, freestanding absolute net leased Carquest Auto Parts in Corpus Christi, Texas. The property is located just to the north of the Staples Mall, the largest regional mall in the area. Carquest signed a fifteen year lease with options to extend.
