Net Realty Advisors announces it has completed the sale of the the Tennessee Street Shoppes, a 14,400 square foot shopping center located at the southwest quadrant of US Highway 380 and Tennessee Street in McKinney, Texas. Current tenants include Metro PCS, Baja Auto Insurance, El Gitana Restaurant, Comfort Dental, and Cash Now. The seller was a local retail developer partnership and the
buyer was a West Coast family partnership.
