Net Realty Advisors announces it has completed the sale of the Shops at Mercer Crossing, a 14,336 square foot shopping center located at the northwest quadrant of Luna Road and Valley View Lane in Carrollton, Texas, a suburb of Dallas.. The property, built in 2007, was 40% occupied at the time of sale. The "Class A" center has excellent frontage along Luna, just north of LBJ Freeway. Current tenants include Subway, BB Bop Restaurant, and All Dogs Unleashed. The seller was a local retail developer and the buyer was a West Coast investor. Gavin Kam and Brad Kam with Net Realty Advisors were the only brokers involved in the transaction.
