Net Realty Completes Sale of Family Dollar in Dallas

Net Realty recently completed the sale of a newly constructed, "rare" all brick,  Family Dollar store fronting Wheatland Road in Dallas. The property sits next to CVS and adjacent to Walgreens.  Net Realty represented the buyer.
