Net Realty Advisors announces that it has completed the sale of a net leased Cash Store, at the corner of Skillman Road and Abrams Road in Dallas. The 4,500 square foot building was completely renovated in 2009 for the Cash Store, which operates 270 corporate locations in 7 states. Gavin Kam and Brad Kam with Net Realty Advisors represented the seller.
